*update* A bit unsatisfied. Cheap construction.

I wrote a review a fews ago describing the issues I'd had with this shower head. I wanted to make it clear that this product was great but mine broke. I emailed the email listed in the contact info on the website and got an immediate response from a real human! I sent them a photo and have a new shower head on the way. It's great to see that there are companies out there still dedicated to customer satisfaction I am more than happy with this result and can't wait to try the rose scented refill the company through in for free! Yay!

I wish I could edit my old review but currently there is no edit function.

A bit unsatisfied. Cheap construction.

I've had mine since late February. It was purchased at the West Edmonton Mall kiosk. The shower head when first purchased was amazing, great pressure, great benefits. The problem is with the orange solution, it runs through way quicker than the sales team said it would. I think the first time was a week. And YES. I did read the manual and make sure to follow all the instructions and double check everything was in the right spots with the correct lids, closings etc.

We re-ordered 3 more tubes of the solution and changed it out. It ran for about a week (much better this time) and then all of the sudden I turn on my shower and the dang face of the sprayer flys off. The stainless steel face with the holes that create the great pressure.... Well once the glue comes loose and that pops off, your screwed. Then you just have a faucet on the end of a hose.

I loved it while it worked but, for 70 bucks, I wish it lasted longer.

Oh, I can not praise this showerhead enough. Nice and gentle for me and with a tiny adjustment it is a power head for those that love the REAL pressure.
